How do I request a Certification Letter?

There are different types of Certification letters issued by the Office of the Registrar; to obtain this, you must fill out and pay for a Certification Request form. The request form must be submitted to the Finance Office for fee processing.  The Finance Office will deliver the request to the Registrar’s Office for final processing. For more information, contact the Registrar’s Office at ext. 115.

Response is applicable to the Miami Campus only.
